1.基本信息

刘啸尘,西安工程大学讲师,博士,中国化工学会专业会员,《西安工程大学学报》青年编委。主持国家自然基金青年基金1项,陕西省重点研发计划1项,陕西省自然科学基础研究计划1项;联合主持国家自然科学基金地区项目2项;参与国家级研究课题2项(国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目1项),省部级课题2项,厅局级课题3项。在Chem Eng JBioresource TechnolJ Environ Manage等SCI收录期刊发表论文近20篇。参编中文教材2部,申请发明专利7项;获省部级科学技术奖和荣誉2项。指导究生参加研究生创新基金1项,指导研究生参加科学实验展演大赛,并获得陕西省优秀奖。指导研究生发表论文获得指导研究生发表论文获得西安工程大学研究生创新成果奖一等奖。指导研究生参加第八届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛,并获得校级金奖和陕西赛区省级铜奖。指导研究生参加西安工程大学第十四届“希望杯”大学生创业计划竞赛,并获得银奖。

现主要从事微生物与植物互作机制研究、微生物材料开发及其功能强化研究、高附加值化合物生物转化研究。首先,针对陕北干旱半干旱地区土壤盐碱化严重、化肥超量低效、环境污染严重以及农业废弃物难处理等问题,开展了缓解土壤盐渍化根际微生物及生物质资源利用研究,研究了植物根际促生菌(PGPR)对植物防病促生性能及作用机制、开发了微波催化热解制备生物炭技术及生物炭基解盐缓释菌剂材料产品、开发了农业废弃食用菌渣资源化利用成产生物有机肥技术。其次,针对高活性天然产物在自然界中含量稀少来源受限,且结构复杂难以大量合成的问题,从生物大数据及多组学两个方面开展关键酶的挖掘,并对关键酶进行功能验证,实现了酶法合成高附加值天然产物。为了克服游离酶生物催化转化高附加值天然产物的缺陷,开展了MOFs和磁性纳米粒子等新型固定化载体对游离酶进行固定化研究,建立了酶固定化工艺技术,解析固定化酶的蛋白分布、形态结构、催化活性及协同催化机理。
